Public art for the THE TALE IS WILD FEST in Altai, featuring a demonstration on a pedestal screen measuring 300x300 cm

Delving into the study of the local traditions of Altai reveals an incredible and deeply symbolic ritual associated with the birth of a person. The ancient inhabitants of this region believed that before a newborn child first touched their cradle, a small animal—such as a kid, a lamb, or even a puppy—should be placed in it for a short time. This animal, then carefully removed from the cradle, was believed to live a long and happy life, symbolically foreshadowing the future of the child.
This project explores the revival of the soul through the unbreakable connection between humans and nature. It reflects the mutual interweaving of animals, people, and the surrounding world into a unified rhythm of life.
